Delivery times: as soon as possible. Almost everything is supplied from stock; bespoke orders are subject to consultation.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract or in any supplementary terms and conditions, the amounts owed by the buyer must be paid within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. In the case of a contract for the provision of a service, this period commences on the day after the buyer has received confirmation of the contract.
The buyer is obliged to notify the trader immediately of any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated.
If the buyer fails to fulfil their payment obligation(s) in a timely manner, and after the trader has notified them of the late payment and granted the consumer a period of 14 days to fulfil their payment obligations, following failure to pay within this 14-day period, the buyer shall be liable to pay statutory interest on the outstanding amount and the trader shall be entitled to charge the extrajudicial debt collection costs incurred by the trader. These debt collection costs amount to a minimum of €40.

In accordance with international agreements, the length of ropes may vary by a maximum of 5%. This applies both to full reels supplied directly from the factory and to lengths measured by us. Furthermore, colours may vary slightly between subsequent orders due to differences in the dye baths.
The thickness of the rope is for guidance only; the actual thickness (and length) may vary as the thickness is measured whilst the rope is under tension. Natural ropes (manila, sisal, hemp) may vary in diameter and length depending on humidity.

Right of withdrawal
If products do not meet your expectations, they may be returned within the statutory period of 14 days. However, this is no longer possible if you have already used the product or cut it to size (e.g. cut the rope). Products made or ordered specifically for you, such as nets, rope ladders and custom-made ropes and steel cables, cannot be returned, nor can special offers and clearance items.

You must notify us in advance by email if you wish to return any items. Returns are at your own expense and risk, and cash-on-delivery parcels will be refused. So please note that the cost of returning items is borne by the sender. Once we have received the items, the value of the goods will be refunded within 3 days.

There is no statutory returns policy for businesses regarding goods that have been ordered; returns are only possible following our approval and by prior arrangement with us.

Retention of title
The seller retains title to the goods supplied by it until the buyer has fulfilled all payment obligations arising from all agreements under which the goods are supplied.
If the buyer fails to fulfil their obligations, the seller is entitled to reclaim the goods delivered subject to retention of title.
The buyer hereby undertakes to enable the seller to do so when the time comes.
The Buyer is only authorised to sell and supply the goods delivered subject to retention of title to third parties under a contract that forms part of the normal course of the Buyer’s business activities.
